Refund policy
Please return the purchased items to us only after consultation and agreement of the return.
Our right of return is valid for 15 days from the date of delivery to you. After this period, we unfortunately cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the new condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. Gift vouchers cannot be returned. We require proof of purchase to process your return.
Items returned after 15 days of delivery to you and items that are no longer in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be refunded.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you have returned. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is authorised, it will be processed. After a few days, a credit will be issued to your chosen payment method for the purchase.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is credited to your account. If you have done all this and still have not received a refund, please contact us at info@leise-design-shop.de.
EXCHANGE
Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at info@leise-design-shop.de and send the item to: LEISE Design, Praunheimer Landstraße 12, 60488 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
You must pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs for the return will be deducted from your refund.
For returns, choose a shipping method that allows tracking and that insures the shipment.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your country of residence.
