YU - A furniture system from the side table to the wall shelf.

You can design your own furniture with the YU elements. And it can be added to at any time, for example if the bookshelf needs to grow or the coffee table needs to be turned into a highboard.

With compartments made of colour-coated metal and grooved wooden shelves, it is possible to build everything from a small individual module to free-standing room dividers to large wall shelves. No tools are required for this. You insert the shelves in the desired direction in the grooves of the shelves and build up layer by layer.

The large number of combination options means that new, individual furniture solutions are constantly being created. At the same time, YU has an almost iconic character, as the interplay of the projecting wooden shelves with the differently coloured shelves creates an unmistakable design quality.

YU can be put together in a very reserved way, for example completely in white and is then almost invisible when full - or it can become the visual center of the room through material and colour combinations.

The compartments can be attached in all directions, so that the furniture can be used independently of the wall and from all sides. Thanks to the adjustable feet on the plinth floors, uneven floors can be compensated for in a few simple steps.

The name YU emerged during the design process. On the one hand, it describes the shape of the U-shaped shelves and is also an expression of the concept that you can become the designer of your own shelf.
